Q I receive channels for which I am not subscribed. What should I do?

We suggest that you either subscribe to full-service, or use the parental lockout on your remote to prevent the viewing of these channels. Remember, theft of cable services is illegal.

Q How do I choose a descrambler that will work in my area?
