Because the products we sell are non-addressable, and therefore non-detectable, there is NO WAY that the cable company can find out that you are using your own equipment. It is therefore your responsibility to tell them that you are using your own equipment.

The sale and operation of privately owned cable television equipment is 100% legal, and protected by the Federal Communication Commission Telecommunications Act of 1996, Team Wholesales DECLARES that we do not condone the unlawful use of our products.

The purchaser, by purchasing equipment from this site, agrees to reimburse the dealer for any cost or expense which the dealer may incur as a result of the purchasers breach of the law. The purchaser also declares that: any devices purchased from Team Wholesales are not being purchased by state or federal authorities or any employees or agents of any cable company or its affiliates to be used as evidence to prosecute the seller in a court of any law.

Theft of cable service is illegal. Title 47 of the United States Code 553 states that: "No person shall intercept or receive or assist in intercepting or receiving any communications service offered over a cable system, unless specifically authorized to do so by a cable operator or as may otherwise be specifically authorized by law." Customers are obligated to strictly limit usage of products to within compliance of state and federal laws.

The purchaser must comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the ownership of cable TV equipment. You are required by law to pay for all the services you receive. Owning a descrambler does NOT give you the right to receive channels without paying for those channels!

By purchasing your new cable equipment, you agree that you currently subscribe to full cable service, and are buying this equipment to avoid paying rental fees, and/or wish to take advantage of other convenience features offered by owning your own cable box, such as:

Own your own equipment to reduce or eliminate your monthly rental fees and other equipment charges;

Take advantage of new technology and enjoy extra features, like Parental Lockout or Sleep Timer;
Own your own equipment to reduce or eliminate your monthly rental fees and other equipment charges;
Use the equipment on a 2nd or 3rd TV, and so forth.

Additionally, you agree to get the full written consent of your cable company to use this device in your home. Theft of cable service, including viewing pay-per-view and premium channels, is illegal without paying for these channels!

Remember, theft of cable service is illegal.

By purchasing your new cable decoder from us, you hereby state that you understand, and agree to comply with all laws pertaining to the purchase and use of cable descramblers. Furthermore, you understand that we are not selling cable boxes to be used in an unlawful manner. The law specifically prohibits the use of any device sold by Team Wholesales is to be used as an aid to steal cable television services. All of our descramblers come with fully programmable remotes to lock out unauthorized channels. We will not sell any product to anyone, who in any way, advocates any theft or illegal use of our product's.
